Home Brewing
So.
Ive taken my first steps into home brewing a few weeks ago. Months really. Its started with my friends, but it seems like we cant find a time that all works out for us most of the time. SO, Ive started to make my own brews when I do have the time outside of both school and work.
My first creation was a homemade boozy version of Ginger Ale. I was very surprised as to how hight the alcohol contend of this monster turned out!! 18%ABV Wich was crazy! The best part of it was that you really just got the tast of the spicy ginger!
I just finished bottling my first hard cider! Using only cider from one of the local orchards, Michigan has so many…!!!! This beverage turned out to be kinda sour, but still very tasty!
I would like to make another cider … possibly tomorrow however this time, with some cinnamon and some maple syrup! Im super stoked to see how this batch turns out!
